Anti-Corruption Policy & Code of Conduct
Rasmussen Global (RG) is committed to the highest standards of legal, ethical, and professional conduct. We leverage our geopolitical expertise to address critical global challenges, and our work supports democratic governments, sustainable development, and global stability.
This document sets out our Anti-Corruption Policy and Code of Conduct, which apply to all employees, clients, contractors, and third parties acting on behalf of RG.
ANTI-CORRUPTION
RG strictly prohibits all forms of bribery, corruption, fraud, and unethical business practices. We uphold a zero-tolerance approach to any action that seeks to improperly influence decisions or gain an unfair advantage.
The following actions are not permitted:
- Offering, giving, or accepting bribes or kickbacks.
- Providing or receiving gifts, hospitality, or favors intended to influence decision-making.
- Making unofficial payments to speed up or secure routine processes.
- Falsifying records or concealing improper transactions.
RG complies fully with all local and international laws relating to anti-corruption, anti-bribery, and financial transparency. We expect the same from our clients, suppliers, and business partners. Any form of corrupt behavior by partners, agents, or subcontractors will result in immediate termination of the relationship.
CODE OF CONDUCT
All employees, partners, and contractors working with RG are expected to:
- Act with integrity: Always be honest, transparent, and fair in all professional interactions.
- Avoid conflicts of interest: Personal interests must never interfere with professional duties.
- Respect laws and regulations: Fully comply with all anti-bribery, anti-corruption, anti-money laundering, and competition laws.
- Reject improper benefits: Never offer, accept, or request gifts, payments, or favors that may influence business or political decisions.
- Treat others with respect: Uphold human rights, diversity, and dignity in the workplace and in all dealings.
- Report misconduct: Promptly report any suspected breaches of this policy without fear of retaliation.
Each employee and representative of RG is responsible for understanding and following this Code of Conduct. Managers are expected to lead by example and support a culture of integrity.
REPORTING
Anyone working with RG is encouraged to report suspected corruption or unethical behavior promptly. Reports can be made directly to RG’s management and will be treated confidentially. Retaliation against anyone making a report in good faith is strictly prohibited.
